Terms And Conditions
When you accept a quote from H2H Movers, You Accept All of The Terms and Conditions:
- When the client has completed the packing of their possessions and is to be removed:
- We advise you, the consumer that it is entirely on you, the buyer to make sure that all personal items and effects are stored in a secure and secure way, ready for transport,
- H2H Movers are not accountable or liable for damages when the client has taken care of the packaging themselves.
- Before the removals work can begin, parking arrangements must be made by the customer on the two addresses. Any parking fees that are incurred due to moving work are paid to the customer on the final invoice.
- Cancellation Fees for Bookings Confirmed If our services are cancelled two days before the scheduled removal date, the 30% fee applies. This will be increased to 50% fee if the cancellation is received within 24 hours of scheduled removals work.
- If the customer is of the opinion that any items were damaged during the transportation process by H2H Movers they should declare this when H2H Movers employees remain on the client’s property during removals process or after the work is completed to allow us to personally determine the damage and determine the best procedure, which may be a partial refund or, in certain cases, the filing of an insurance claim (excess in excess of PS250 will be applied to every claims for insurance) Our right to hold the goods (lien)
- We have the option to delay and/or eliminate any or all the goods until you’ve paid all charges due and all other obligations arising in this, or under any other Agreement. This includes any charges we have paid on behalf of you. If we are able to hold the goods, you are responsible to cover all storage charges and other expenses incurred due to our holding your goods. the terms of these conditions remain in effect.
